Caratell offers bespoke personalised services, involving personal consultation, taking into consideration the clients’ preferred style, skin tone, physique and personality to help showcase the clients’ best.
Caratell does not only house awards winning designers, but also GIA graduated gemologist and field trained gemologist. The team travel to far-flung mines to source for the finest untreated gems for creation. All creations are a work of art which is meticulously handcrafted in Caratell’s workshop to ensure quality uncompromised.

We have more than 20 years of experience in the industry, by having both manufacturing and retail, we have an insight in terms of material, technique and design. We have done appraisal and valuation for both corporate and personal such as estate jewellery, fair distribution for family asset and etc.

Born into a family of Jewellers,

Mr Michael Koh— founder of Caratell, lecturer and fine Jewellery designer established his company in 2004.

He holds a B. A. degree in Silversmithing from RMIT and has established his reputation from achieving numerous international jewellery design awards such as the Diamond of Distinction 1990 and Hong Kong Diamond Design Award.

Michael was also the first Singapore Jewellery designer to collaborate with an international watchmaker, Moritz Grossman to design the watch, Tefnut ‘Sleeping Beauty’. Although having vast knowledge and experience in the industry, he is dedicated to absolute perfection, continues to push the boundaries of ever-greater innovation, ingenuity and authenticity.
